Dear Friends,
We have newly registered a company since November 2013, still no business and transaction have started.
Now problem is that one CA firm from where we have done our dsc they have filed the form 23B (auditors appointment) in Roc without our authorization in last year November.
So now I want to add a new ca firm. So kindly guide how to remove them so that the new ca firm can started.
