This is regarding the recent notification regarding 15 extra minutes for reading Questions.
My query is whether the the candidates will be given the answer sheets also in those 15 minutes or just the question papers?
That is, will the candidate be allowed to start writing in those 15 minutes or just reading of question paper is allowed without making available the answer sheets

The time given is to "READ THE QUESTION PAPER". I think either the answer sheet will not be given or even if given,we will not be allowed to write before 2 pm..
As per my knowledge:
answer book let will be given to fill our details,
Further, booklet is stapled and we have to unpin it only at 2.00pm.........
