Reg. final accts filling query

Your query is not clear......are you asking about MGT 14 filing..... after approval of final accounts by BOD, MGT 14 is to be filed with ROC within 30 days of the BR for the same.........all annual filing will also have to be after AGM as prescribed..... if this is not your query, then post it again.....
