The income tax return cannot be filed for FY 2017-18 as due date is over.
Last date for filling of of itr is over so you can not to do so

You can consider filing a condonation of delay u/s 119 and once approved, return can be filed for past years
What's the procedure to file condonation ? Whom should it be addressed ? Any letter format ?
