Refund of late fees
Is there any notification by government about the refund of late fees which was paid by the GSTN holders earlier?

Till now no notifications issued....
So what we can assume logically we should claim for the refund
no till now no notification
The late fee paid till sep 2017 by tax payers was refunded to their cash ledger.
But after that period no refund was done by government.
There is no option to claim refund until the government notifies...

No .... this time there will be no refund of late fee , as the council has waive off of late fee by notifying the date , return filed after 22/12/2018.
