Refund of GST late payment fees

is it possible to demand for refund of GST late payment , which is paid earlier ?

Yes can file refund online on Portal RFD01

yes, it is possible. first it has to credit to your ledger account. then such balance has to get refund.

the application shall sumbit electronically through portal and then take print of same along with ledger submit to local gst office.
