Refund

I got a intimation u/s 143(1), I see that amount of tax that has already been paid & already mentioned in form 16. But u/s 143(1) calculation doesn't mention tax paid in advance. Thereafter I check my form 26AS, there also nothing is mentioned. What should I do??
