Hey friends, i am CA final (Old Course) student, i have just cleared Group 1 in this attempt and have got enrolled myself for Final (New) Course for May 2011. i would like to know regarding the best reference books available for ISCA. Please if u can help me out.

You can go for padhuka if you have enough time or if you want to study in detail.
Prefered study from Module for reference You can have Dinesh Madan
i think study material issued by the icai is best i read only this material and got 64 mark's.
icai material is the best.
