can we show the rec bond interest of all 3 years as cash basis in one year . They generally credit interest yearly but without TDS. please advice.

The interest received from REC bonds is tax-free..
You can show it at the time of maturity with full exemption or treat accrued interest without any tax treatment in every end of the Year....
