rebate interest on home loan and principal amount of repayment
my query is if a property purchase by name of Wife and take the home loan jointly (husband and wife) can rebate on interest on home loan can be avil by the husband or not because he is not co owner in property. please comment with notification

If he is not a owner of the Property then no way for claim...
Only interest payable by the wife will be allowed as deduction while computing her income.
Therefore, the share of interest of husband will not be allowed
