मेरा घर का ,under construction project चल रहा है मे घर का registration 1 years पहले से कर लिया हुँ ।
builder कहता है कि service & vat agreement cost का 12% से देना होगा ।
is it right or wrong.

Yes. GST at 12% is applicable...... BUT only on the remaining payments due after 1st July, 2017
