when would g.s.t be applied on real estate?and what would be the adverse effects of this? what would be the percentage of g.s.t?

GST is actually applicable over real estate, which is at 12% with ITC.
Adverse effect!!!.......................on contrary a very good effect in long run, for both consumers as well as builders..
