I am working in a Franchise company.I am getting 25k per month and this is the first time am trying to file income tax.As the company is not registered,i am supposed to file the tax by myself..The company will not provide Form 16 as well.
Hence please guide me how to file the income tax...

Dear Ajai,
you should file ITR 1 in that case. you should obtain a salary certificate from your employer on his letter head for the future references. there is not mandatory requirement to fill the TAN of employer. so you can easily file your ITR.
