do not worry about re-registration now as you have december 2016 attempt left.
study hard n smart.. if required take coaching or buy video classes from ccionlinecoaching .
company law and capital market - CS Rajnish kumar(covers almost icsi module n best fir self study)
tax- vinod kumar singhania or girish ahuja
economic and commercial law- cs tejpal seth
cost accounting and company a/c - don't know.(i found study material sufficient) but you can buy any reference book for practice.
