If a registered dealer pays rent for commercial purposes to an unregistered person, then who will pay the gst. Rent is taxed as 5% and till merch 2018 what about the 5k limit per day....

you dont need to pay through rcm till 31.03.18
by d way rate for rent is 18

rcm covered by 9(4) of cgst act removes 
but rcm under section 9(3) is still applicable

I have not filed GST returns for July, August and September. Now the reverse mechanism which I had to pay before has been deferred. Do I still need to pay reverse tax for previous months? I know I still have to file returns but do I need to also pay the reverse charge for July, August and September?
