is it mandatory to register ,even when a person is out of threshold limit of gst, when provision of rcm is applicable
like a unregistered Peron takes gta services by unregistered gta

URD to URD can't applicable RCM. RCM applicable only to registered dealers who can receive supplies from URD and Reverse charge applicable cases....
