I had purchased goods from register person and missed gst in invoice but I took the credit what to be done. I am reversing the claimed gst input with interest so is RCM applicable on it as he has not added GST no in invoice and is as equal to unregistered purchase and I had paid him with gst amount. if possible help out with the section.
If itc claim by u on rcm,itc not allowed because cash deposit may be done at the time of receipt of such goods as per an invoice.other wise u claim itc,it may b reversal with interest from goods recived by u.
