how to make invoice for rcm on jobwork . jobworker is unregistered have pan . is in regular bill book bill to be made on which name and how ITC taken

in case of RCM, 1st you have to raise invoice in the name of ur company and 2nd generate and give payment voucher to the person from whoom you can avail service.

Issue self invoice from your regular bill book for job work charges. ITC will be allowed to you of the tax paid by you on job work charges
