Is RCM applicable on rent paid for a director by the Co. It is 15000/pm.

If the landlord is unregistered. Yes RCM applicable

not applicable as it is cost to
company and it is a considerations paid to employee , it should b shown as perquisite

Yes. RCM applicable.
If the landlord is URD then RCM applicable.
Landlord is register then RCM not applicable get taxable receipt or invoices...

RCM is applicable for employees Accommodation if rent is paid by the company to Unregistered owner.
