Is RCM applicable on GTA. (Transport By Road )
I have received freight charges bill (15-20 Bills) on july month worth Rs. 1,80,000/- (per day apx more then 5000/- ) from registered deler.
but tranporter not provided GST in the bill so i have to pay GST on RCM basis ?
GTA is a notified service, it is mandatorily under reverse charge.
I have to rise a self invoice even transporter is registered under gst ?????

Freight paid to GTA is not convered under 5000/- exemption.
But there is an exemption of 750/- or 1500/- as it was earlier in service tax...
