POS in this case is bihar and u have to pay cgst and sgst.
but the freight amount recipient is in delhi
In case of RCM recipient will replace service provider and accordingly u have to see the location of recipient.
Then I have to pay RCM in igst head
and can I adjust it on my current liability (supply)

u need to pay RCM under SGST & CGST and u can take itc for current liability
