I am from bihar
if I purchase some goods from delhi
and transporter address is delhi
then I have to pay RCM in igst head or cgst and sgst head..

POS in this case is bihar and u have to pay cgst and sgst.

but the freight amount recipient is in delhi

In case of RCM recipient will replace service provider and accordingly u have to see the location of recipient.

u need to pay RCM under SGST & CGST and u can take itc for current liability
