rcm is applicable upto september month only 

as per 22nd gst council meeting , rcm is postponed till 31-03-2018 . . .

Yes... I agreed above said replies...

RCM can't suspended Sec 9(3)... Also we have different ways of freight..

So, You ll ask specifically then get exact reply/Solutions...

transport freight cover under section 9(3),so rcm not suspended
