we are paying conveyance charges to staff for transportation purpose.
we have to pay gst through RCM,
amount is rs.30000 to 50000 monthly

no RCM applicable
conveyance charges ...if its part of appointment terms...then there is no gst liability even under RCM. however if there is reimbursement case...then you are require to pay gst on rcm...further conveyanc e reimbursement rec orda should be clear.which includes mode of transportation..as some transporaters like auto black yellow taxis are exempted from gst
