RCM on air tickets bills
My air travel agent has given me bill for air tickets without adding GST. Do I have to pay under RCM? If yes, can I claim it as ITC and at what rate and HSN code.

yes, you have to pay under RCM , but not on the whole amt.
example- ticket amt 5000
agent commision 500
you paid 5000+500=5500
in this condition you will pay gst 500*18%=90
example- ticket amt 5000
agent commision 500
you paid 5000+500=5500
in this condition you will pay gst 500*18%=90
