i am having ITC credit can it be adjusted to pay central tax of RCM

RCM is to be paid through Electronic Cash Ledger. You cannot adjust it with ITC.

cgst can be adjusted against input cgst credit

section 49(5)(b). remaining part of ITC of cgst can be adjusted.agnst. payment of igst.
