I am a register dealer . I import aquatic feed, fish feed outside of my state and pay transport charges. My transport company not receive any gst .i will pay RCM of my transport charges or not? If yes then my rcm amount when refundable?

your rcm amount will not refund
while if u r supplying taxable goods and paying gst on sale then u can take credit of tax paid on rcm

If you are transporting the good through a gta then you are liable to pay gst th rcm
