sir we are living andra pradesh, purchased item rate 5% from delhi so transport is vrl they showed receipt amount is 20384 ru it's applicable rcm and possible claim of itc

Yes RCM is applicable if he is (VRL) GTA

if you are availing services of GTA you have do rcm @ 5% , deposit the same & take the ITC
