RCM gst
we have reapired our machine from unregistered interstate dealer so we have to deposit tax on RCM basis and rs 5000 limit is applicable on it or not.

Not applicable on inter state supply.
For inter state supply of goods or services your supplier must get registration under GST act
But Ms. Neha,
Some trasporter is not collecting GST on interstate supply...........

Dear,
Transporters (GTA) is covered under RCM, why would they charge GST!!!
