as per rule rcm require to on services received from unregister dealer

or services notes in act for rcm

if above conditoin apply recm require to pay

We are a GST registered company in Punjab. We have hired a advocate for handling a case in Chandigarh High Court. Advocate has raised his bill for professional fees. Advocate also belongs to Chandigarh.
Chandigarh is a Union Territory

Now we have to deposit RCM
Which RCM Should we deposit IGST OR SGST/CGST
Kindly reply at the earliest

under cgst and sgst with 18% tax under RCM

Dear Sir

we are registered under GST, and have a querry for GST as under pl. help

we have done event activity in other state in hotel benquet hall and hotel raised a invoice of CGST / SGST now which itc we have to take bcoz hotel and supply of service is in other state
