I am regular GST dealer registered in Tamilnadu. Few of my employees have rented a office space at Mumbai and work from there.
Now we have received an invoice from the house owner without mentioning of any tax.
Hope I cannot do RCM since I am not registereed in Mumbai,Maharasthra
Rent is 20,000 per month.
