What is the latest income tax rate on long term capital gains from sale of landed property without claiming the benefits of indexation.

Ltcg @ 10% without indexation
Is the 10% tax applicable for capital gains from sale of landed property. Would you please give more insight into this.
Indexation is by default
No option for 10%
LTCG tax is @ 20% flat rate
