Rank criteria

Sure... no of attempt is not relevant as far as Rank is Concerned.

i think that the criteria to be met to get rank is that a  candidate must have scored 55% or more marks in the exams and also must have passed all the papers in single attempt. so i think only people writing 1st time are given rank. anyone clarify.
