we have purchased shares in 2001 this shares is not in our account, can this shares entry curant year in account ?

How the purchase was made?

Through any stock exchange?

How come it was not accounted in books?

purchase in market on 2001 figical delivery
not on May account book is my mistake any solution sir

Check if payment was made through banking channel. 

If yes, you can add the same by crediting capital.
