query u/s 35 (2AA) of income tax

Please tell me how and from where i can get the list of approved institutions who carries out scientific research(s) in India. I know that IIT and Univesities are covered under it but i want to know about the institutions covered under the meaning of "Specified Persons" mentioned in the section. I am attaching section 35 (2AA) herewith. If any of you know the procedure- How get the name of the institution inserted in the approved institutions list please help me out.
