Query regarding transfer of articleship

Hi dear friends...

I have heard that there are some changes made in the rules for taking transfer of articleship after the announcement of 2nd July.

I dont know whether it is correct or not.

 I have tried to search the same on the ICAI but was not able to find out.

So i request to all the members of CA club India to provide me the changes,if any, made in the rules as early as possible.

This will be of your immense help for me.....
