yes it isb applicable u have to assess the income at every due date of payment of a advance tax and deposit the respective tax laibility before the due date but there is relaxation in case of capital gain tax and casual income the assesse should pay the whole amt of the tax payable thereon as a part of he remaining installments of advance taxc
i dont think so STCG and LTCG are not covered under 234B & C

Yupp it is applicable and the assessee has to calculate its tax liability and made the payment as usual in the next due date.
