MCA has sent me back one form for resubmission mentioning "In INC10 there must be 2 specimen signature of subscriber".
I have one query regarding speciment signature in INC-10
-Whether we need same 2 specimen signatures of subscriber in INC-10 ?
or
-Whether we need different 2 specimen signatures of subscriber in INC-10 ?

We need same Specimen signature of Subscriber in two forms of INC 10.
We need to fill 2 INC 10 forms.
But recently in one case they have accepted one Inc 10 form having 1 signature only.
Nd both Inc-10 should be notarized or self certified ?
Both INC 10 SHOULD BE NOTARIZED ON STAMP PAPER OF APPROPRIATE VALUE.
In case of Incorporation of private limited i have enclosed separate copy of INC-10 for all the directors and ROc had accepted it. I have incorporated 4 companies by this way. Why they need 2 copies of INC-10? whether both the copies will be same of different?
Great News is that the notification dated 29.07.2016 has exempted the attachment of INC-10 at time of incorporation of company now.
