Query regarding gst

I have already enrolled for GST. Now I want to register for this. I tried for that but finding some one in unauthorized manner created account for registration. As the mobile number No. is unknown to me and the my accountant says that he also does not know who created it. I am unable to reset the password and change the e-mail id entered there. Please help me how I may get it password reset and E-mail id entered there changed with the help of GST Nodal officer ST dept. or some one else in short time so that I may complete the registration by Monday.
