Query regarding access to data (information / it resources) between sez and dta

Hello. I have a question regarding accessing company's business information (data) between its SEZ and DTA accounts. I will put my question in a form of an example here: Suppose, a company is holding two accounts i.e. SEZ and DTA. Employees working from SEZ are registered as employees of SEZ account, and employees working from DTA are registered as employees of DTA account. Company has its all information processing assets like Data Centre, etc. in its SEZ account. Now, the question is that whether employees who are registered in DTA account can access the business information (data centre, etc.), which is in its SEZ? Since there are no proper instructions available on IT related queries on SEZ India website, I am putting this under this discussion forum. Request if anyone can throw light on this area. Thanks.

cannot, if allowed all hacking of data might surface, if the law permits it is unbaked statute; example how on the USA govt mails were hacked by the Rosians to influence US presidential elections on nov 8th 2016 might surface every where; secret data is definitely secret data!

Dear G Balakrishnan Sir,

Thank you for providing your opinion.

Here in my question, I am trying to set an example of same company having two different offices, one in SEZ and other in DTA within same country. Moreover in my example, I am assuming that employees registered in DTA account are also technically authorized to access information processing assets like Data Centre, etc. which are in its SEZ account.

So I want to know, is there any specifc norm issued by SEZ that mentions about allowing or disallowing such accesses between SEZ and DTA accounts of same company?

Hope I have tried to explain my query more clearly.

Request your opinion please.

Thanks,

Amit Jogi
