As per Rule Director have to file DIR-11 within 30 days of his resignation. But what happened if Director Expire after say 10 days of his resignation without filing DIR-11. How to deal this matter?
Filing DIR.11 is the responsibility of the director and not the company. If the director has expired, the question of his filing DIR.11 does not arise.
If the company has filed DIR.12, it is fine. If it has not yet filed DIR.12, it can attach death certificate as optional attachment.
