gift deed can be given to mom's " 2times :10lahks today and 10lakhs after 4 days by cheque".which is from my savings and job.

Absolutely Yes, You can gift your mother any amount of money and it will be always exempt in her hands. No need to make two separate gift deeds. Any Single gift deed would be sufficient.

Yes, you can make as many as you want. Any gift to your mother would always be exempt in her hands.
