My Client Has One Daughter While At The Time Of Her Birth Her Grand Mother Deposited FD On Her Grand Daughter Name.The Child Called As Mounica As Nick name But Finally The Parents Of The Child Are Concluded Officially Sujatha.But They Dont Know This Fd Issue.Recently The Child Grand Mother(Who Deposited FD) Was Passed Away.So The Maturity Of The Fd Is Coming.While They Are Approaching The Banker They Are Not Allowing For Their Issue N Saying The Money Will Not Be Refundable Unless The Name Of The Child Officially Proved As Mounica.But All The Records Of Child Are Being As Mounica.But It Is Not Possible To Create All the Records Correction Now.So Kindly Advice Me.
