Hello ,
I am still confused whether Companies Act 1956 totally ceases to exist or not . I am appearing Nov. 2014 ipcc examination . Should I read companies act 1956 or not ? Question can be asked from this or not ? Plz tell me clearly !

hey dear.... companies act 56 is also in force... but the new sections ( approx 53) of companies act 13 over rule the companies act 56
else the whole comp. act 56 is applicable
