My gst returns are on monthly base can I change it into quarterly? That is after 3months gst return

no it is to be selected at the beginning of the year..
No you can't choose monthly option to quarterly in mid of financial year ,
quarterly filing can be swift to monthly any time

so what the correct time to change means which month and I can do it right sir?
Next Financial Year when you file your April- 2019 return
