All we know that Form-DPT-4 (Statement regarding deposits existing on the commencement of the Companies Act, 2013) under section 74 of the Companies Act, 2013 is required to file within 3 months from 1st April, 2014 as an attachment with Form GNL-2. But I am facing some difficulties while filling up the said form. These are as follows:
(1) In point no. 3, "Please indicate the document being filed"- Which point should I tick?
(2) In point no. 6, "Section(s) of Companies Act, 2013 Companies Act, 1956 under which the document is being filed"- What section should I mention?
(3) In point no. 8, "Date of event"- What date?
