Yes, Private trust can acquire the land…
Moreover, Not only trust but Individuals, AOP, BOI, others also can acquire the land from government.
There is no such kind of restriction

But beneficiaries will be family members, will it be any in hurdle to acquire land from govt?
No, There will not be any Problem..
Because Most of the Private Trust are created for the Familiy benefit...
Moreover, Govt has nothing to do with the beneficiary...
