Pvt ltd company guidelines? urgent
Hi,
First of all please welcome me as this is my first post :).
I wanted to know what all things needs to be maintained in a pvt ltd company mandatory by government?
For eg: employees tax, minutes of meeting,bmc attendance forms etc.
If someone can make a list and post it here, it will be helpful for all of us.

Mainteince of Statutory Register
Preparation and Maintence of Minutes of Board Meeting, AGM and EGM
Annual Filing which includes filing of following forms
1)Form 66
2) Form 23AC
3) Form 23ACA
4) Form 20 B
