I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE WE NEED TO PAY THE STAMP DUTY PAYABLE ON AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL ON FORMATION OF PVT. CO.
CAN IT BE PAID ONLINE EITHER THROUGH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR NET BANKING?
WHO IS THE PERSON/ BODY WHERE WE PAY THE STAMP DUTY?
SORRY I HAVE VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE ON THE PRACTICAL ASPECTS.....

Yes u can pay it online...after payment of ROC fees an option comes of paying stamp duty electronically...click on proceed...
Please mark option 9(b) in Form-1 as "Yes" during filling & you will ask by system automatically to pay it online during upload of form-1
You can pay it online. Rather it is to be compulsarily paid online in specified states.
Credit card or Internet banking can be used to pay. Only few banks are authorised.
They are, SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Indian bank, Union bank of india.
