Yes you can do CS provided you are not doing more than two courses simultaneously.

If you register before 28 Feb, you can appear for both groups of executive programme in december 10 and after 1 year in dec 11 you can appear for all groups of final. You will also have to undergo 15 months training either after inter or final as per your choice. Now you can estimate the time period of your becoming CS.
