purchasing cloth from other state

I m a cloth merchent. My turnover is less than 20 lakh.Because of less than 20 lakh turnover GST is not taken.I want to purchase cloth from other state so what will be the process for it. Please reply.

If you are not registered in GST, and you want to purchase from other state, then no problem. You can proceed......

But do not sale to other state...
